Integer Hash Function
之前其他單位開發程式的時候對於 hash function 的設計不夠嚴謹，多個用戶計算出來的值發生碰撞，客戶要求的規則是要符合 10 位數字，事實上，key 值也是 10 位數字，不過為了不讓用戶或對手知道活動參加情況，大部分情況情況還是要把數字編碼過： Integer Hash Function Good Hash Functions - Life with Lunchhooks murmurhash What integer hash function are good that accepts an integer hash key? - Stack Overflow

Redmine email 設定
根據 Redmine > Administration > Setting > Email notifications 的訊息會要你新增 config/email.yml，實際上在 ubuntu 裡面必須把 email.yml 放在 /etc/redmine/default 裡面才會生效。

更改 Android Locale
使用英文介面，如果直接修改 Locale 會造成號碼格式也變成英美地區的格式，因此： 1. 設定成中文 (繁體) 2. /data/property/persist.sys.language 改成 en 可以避免改完語系連號碼格式等一起被改掉。
